Effective Workouts In Less Time
If you have 25-30 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week, then you will be able to commit to becoming a more fit and healthier you. It is a misconception that results are made by spending grueling hours at the gym, working every muscle and bone in your body until you can't move. In fact, it's quality over quantity. If you put in a powerful 25-30 minutes of training, 4-5 days a week, and are consistent with a healthy diet, then that's all you need to see AMAZING results.
Believe it or not, you can get a good workout even if you are limited on time. It's about quality training. If you were to observe people who work out at a gym, you would find a lot of wasted time. For example, when an average person enters the gym, they usually have to lock up their personal belongings, use the restroom, powder their nose, adjust their clothes, take a selfie, and then they enter the gym. That's already eaten up at least 10 minutes of their time.
Next, they may get on a cardio machine and warm up. They get distracted by the TV, or their music, or magazines, and before they know it, the warm up turns into about 10 minutes. If they end up doing weight training, there are distractions of people talking to them, or fussing with their phone, or music, etc. I think you are starting to catch my drift. So, if you eliminate ALL of those filler activities and distractions within your workout, and focus all of your attention on your personal workout program, you can get a hardcore, no nonsense workout in 25-30 minutes. DONE!
Also, don't think that you have to workout at a gym in order to achieve results. Working out in the privacy of your home with equipment you simply have on hand at home is a GREAT way to get the results you are looking for. Happy workout!
